Whipple Creek Village is an award-winning, gated community located in the picturesque city of Ridgefield, Washington. Encompassing 181 single-family homes, it was developed and built to serve the active-adult market who are 55 and older.

In pushing the design towards elements that promote a complete sense of livability and connection, the project combines tranquil surroundings, meandering walking paths, and fast access to major highways with high-end finishings, custom inspired details, and vaulted ceilings in each unit.

Whipple Creek Village was completed in two phases. The first phase, titled ‘Cooledge Meadows’,  included 40 lots with single level floor plans. The remaining 141 homes, Whipple Creek Village, were completed during the second phase.
